Summary
Problem
As users are getting comfortable with store apps, they prefer to shop through an app where they can view their profile, browse new items, and checkout with a saved payment method within a few taps—utilizing this platform for sales yields to repeat customers as they will always want to use the sales app.
Solution
We want to design a sales app that is a clean, neat, and beautiful app without losing the main goal of functionality. From the research we conducted, we discovered that users build brand loyalty through a deep connection with the concept of the product itself, which is the brand story- we plan to incorporate a blog of articles within the app for users to easily access articles.
